Hibernus Mortis - Recollections of Thy Dark Blessed Inhibitions
Hibernus Mortis was started in December 1995 by founding members Cesar Placeres and Ralf Varela. The band took its name from the ancient Latin translation for "Dead Winter". Starting out, the South Florida band's primary goal was to create some of the most crushing and extreme music ever recorded. Taking influence from a variety of sources, musically the band took inspiration from the old-school death metal bands like Incantation, Autopsy, Morbid Angel, Death, Dismember, Immolation, Entombed, Obituary, Vader and Suffocation just to name a few. The band's sound is mainly categorised as death metal, with definite black metal and doom metal influence. Hibernus Mortis has been a staple of the legendary Florida death metal scene for over a decade and have fans all around the world from as far away as Germany, Norway and Iceland, to South Africa, Singapore, and Australia. The band has always retained an underground low-key status, but definitely sporting a modest cult following.

Thrash Or Die Hellwitch Massacre Obituary
Great Floridian show of Thrash or Die, Hellwitch, the legendary "Massacre" did an excellent, beyond f*cking excellent performance (supreme vocals!!!), and the incredible legend "Obituary" (though I didn't get to record Obituary that night). John Tardy ruled the night with his beyond putrid growls, it was a religious experience to see them live, still kicking ass after so many years!!!. Death Metal forever! This show took place at the "Grandcentral" in Miami Fla on May 18th of 2012. Very special Thanks to Heavy Metal Ralph and Mr Morbid Mario (both "legends" beyond redemption), that Slayer cover ruled!....Metal brothers and sisters, it was a greeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeat night!!! The show of the year!!! Very special thanks to Mr Ralph Varela of Hibernus Mortis for attending such an honorable concert.

Hate Plow - Stalker
At the height of death metals inaugural reign, there was not much that could top the selling power and fan loyalty of Malevolent Creation and Cannibal Corpse. Both were, and are todaystill, considered top runners of the extreme music game. In 1994, Malevolent guitarist/mastermind Phil Fasciana, Cannibals Rob Barrett and longtime underground scene stalwart Crazy Larry Hawke put together what many still consider one of the genres best supergroups. While initially intended as a side-project, Hateplow, as they would come to be known, took on a more serious focus in late 1999 after Barretts departure from Cannibal Corpse. Soon a new vocalist was recruited in the form of Kyle Symons (ex-Sickness) and former Revenant bassist Tim Scott joined the fold. Yet the hand of fate decided to intervene when on the morning of May 24, 1997, "Crazy" Larry was found dead from smoke inhalation after a fire in his home and not long after completion of his drum tracks. This would be a damaging blow yet the debut, Everybody Dies, was released in 1998 to high acclaim. Three years would pass before HatePlow would bounce back after the loss of Crazy Larry and the departure of Tim Scott. In 2000, Dave Culross (Malevolent Creation, ex-Suffocation) was recruited to take over drum duties along with Doug Humlack (ex-Hibernus Mortis) on bass and with this line-up released their second successful release The Only Law is Survival. The band has gone on to do two successful European tours, the first in 2001 ...
