Vlad Tepes - Under the Carpathian Yoke
Black Metal hailing from France. From the split with Belketre "March to the Black Holocaust" ---------------------------------------------------- Vlad Tepes was a French black metal band which was formed in Brest 1992. The name originated from the 15th century Wallachian ruler, the inspiration for Bram Stokers fictional vampire Dracula. The group belonged to the late and very obscure underground black metal group Les Légions Noires (Black Legions) along with other acts such as Black Murder, Torgeist, Mütiilation, Belketre, and Brenoritvrezorkre. Vlad Tepes shared band members with many of the other Black Legions bands and projects. As of now the group is officially not active due to the hype surrounding them. The band, unlike most other groups in The Black Legions, never released an EP at all, let alone a full-length. There were only ever splits and demos released. Despite rumors, the band has split up for years. Produced tapes of new material were mainly traded with close friends and associates, that explains the difficulty to buy it and its price.

From the film 'Vlad Tepes' i decided to post these 2 vids showing the fighting scense of Prince Vlad III of Wallachia aka Vlad Dracula the Impaler of the Order of the Dragon against Sultan Mehmet II of the Ottoman Empire. He was nicknamed 'Vlad the Impaler' because of the 20000 Turkish prisoners & other 1000s of Bulgarians he Impaled on pikes. Vlad was known & feared for his cruelty & nightraids harassing the Ottomans, even entering the Turkish camp dressed as a Turk in an attempt to kill the sultan & causing panic by burning their tents & equipment.

Carbonized - Vlad Tepes
Carbonized was a Swedish Progressive Death Metal/ Rock / Jazz band, formed in Saltsjöbaden in 1989. Band's varying line-ups featured members from great Swedish Death Metal bands like Therion, Entombed and Dismember. The band released their first demo "Au-To-Dafe" in September 1989. The band was soon recognized by Thrash Records, through which the band recorded and released their first EP "No Canonization" in 1990. Another self-produced demo "Recarbonized" was released later in 1990. The band was also featured on a Split album of Black Out/Thrash Your Brain in 1991 with Finnish Sentenced, Dutch Bluuurgh... and Slovenian Xenophobia. Their song was called "The Monument" from their demo "Recarbonized". 1991 Their first full-length "For the Security" was released through Thrash Records. Another promo was recorded in 1992, which after the band released their second full-length "Disharmonization". Where "For the Security" already had many progressive elements, in "Disharmonization" there were much experimenting with jazzy patterns in guitar, bass and drum and more use of synthesizers. The album was recorded in the famous Sunlight Studios in Stockholm, and produced with assistance of legendary Tomas Skogsberg. in 1996, Carbonized released it's last album "Screaming Machines" through Foundation 2000. Is Prince Charles Related to Vlad the Impaler?
Vlad the Impaler is trending after Prince Charles claimed that he's related to the 15th-century Romanian warlord who helped inspire Bram Stoker's 1897 vampire novel, Dracula. Impaling was Vlad's favorite form of torture and execution, hence the posthumous sobriquet given to the nobleman who was known as Dracula during his time. It's estimated that as many as 100000 people were victims of the sadistic tyrant. Vlad Tepes - Night Attack
From 1979 Romanian movie. Night Attack (Romanian: Atacul de noapte) was a skirmish fought between Vlad III the Impaler of Wallachia and Mehmed II of the Ottoman Empire on 17 June 1462. The conflict initially started with Dracula's refusal to pay tribute to the Porte and elevated in size when Dracula invaded Bulgaria and impaled over 23000 Turks and Bulgarians. Mehmed then raised a great army with the objective to conquer Wallachia and annex it to his empire. The two leaders fought a series of skirmishes, the most notable one being the Night Attack where Dracula attacked the Turkish camp in the night in an attempt to kill Mehmed. The assassination attempt failed and Mehmed marched to the Wallachian capital of Târgovişte where he witnessed another 20000 impaled Turks and Bulgarians.
