This is a Bellydance video of me, improvising to the song "Kiss Of Babylon" by the Israeli metal band, Orphaned Land. I am a 19year-old Persian Bellydancer, with drops of Azerbaijani and Egyptian in my blood. This combination, aside many other reasons, makes me passionate about some of the most beautiful dance forms in the world - Oriental Dances. Out of all the magickal dances of the Middle East, at the age of 15 I fell eternally in love with the spiritual, ancient and immortal art of Bellydance. To this day that undying desire is growing. Mydess is a Hard rock band with deep progressive influences, formed in 2007. We play orignal materials, all composed and edited by us. This year the band was elected to take part in the band project of the Yellow Submarine. There we're receiving professional instruction and technical accompaniment in music from our guide Shmulik Kovalsky. The first singles were already recorded professionally and published. This year we are preforming in Jerusalem and other places. Our motivation is to perform as much as possible trying to reach as much audience and exposure as possible.
